Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to our services and using our website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully.

Payment:

Payment will be taken in full at the time you subscribe to our services with the exception of continuous subscriptions which will be charged at £6, £22 or £32 per month for the duration of the subscription period, the amount depending on the type of box chosen.

Continuous subscription payments will occur on the day of the month on which you originally started your subscription or the nearest equivalent (Light Box) or every six weeks from the day on which you started your subscription (Sabbat Celebration Box, Deluxe Sabbat Box).

If your payment fails for whatever reason you will be automatically unsubscribed from our services and will have to sign up again to continue your subscription.

We are not responsible for any banking charges incurred due to payment being taken from your account.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason. If this happens we will let you know and refund any money we have received for boxes not yet sent.


Postage and Delivery

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail using a non-sign for service which means your parcel will not have a tracking number.

UK delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Please allow 14 working days before contacting us about a missing delivery.

Whilst every possible effort will be made to ensure sabbat specific boxes arrive in time for the appropriate sabbat, unfortunately we cannot offer a formal guarantee of this due to the foibles of the postal delivery system.

Please do not hold us responsible for delays that are caused by the postal service. These things are sadly beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure the address we have for you is correct. Please take extra care when signing up and double-check your order confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for failed delivery if the address we hold for you is incorrect.

If you need to change your address during your subscription period please contact us as far in advance as possible to avoid any problems. If you contact us within 5 days of your next box's dispatch date we may not be able to change your address until the box.


Returns and Exchanges.

We hope that you will not want to do this. After all, that's really not the point of a surprise subscription service. However, if you are desperately unhappy with your box, please let us know within 5 days of receipt and we can work something out.

In the event of a return or exchange you will be responsible for all postage and packaging charges including those incurred by us when initially sending out your box.

If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange payment for redelivery.


Cancelling your subscription

If you have a continuous subscription you can cancel your subscription at any point up until your next payment is due to come out. If you have already paid for a box at the time of cancellation you will receive one last box from us. Please check your order confirmation to find out what date your recurring payments are made on. If you would like to cancel your continuous subscription please let us know and we will organise it right away.

If you have any other form of subscription and wish to cancel it before it has expired you must contact us so we can assess the situation. Please note that we are not obliged to offer you a refund in this case as you have already been included in our buying and making plans for the coming boxes but we will look at each case individually.


Privacy Policy

All personal details collected on this website will be used for the sole purpose of providing you with your subscription box and will not be disclosed to any third party.

Shopify collects your name, email address, shipping address and payment information on our behalf in order to fulfil your order. We do not keep a separate record of this and it is used for no other purpose. Sensitive payment details (such as card numbers) are kept privately by Shopify and not shared with us at any time. Please consult Shopify's own privacy policy for more information.

By providing us with your email address you are granting us permission to contact you via email. We will only contact you about your order/s and will not send you any unsolicited mail (e.g. newsletters).

During the sign-up process we collect a small amount of information from you (e.g. whether or not you are vegan, name for the subscription, etc) We use this information for no other purpose than to ensure we fulfil your subscription preferences and do not share it with any third party. We generally store this information for four years beyond the date your subscription ends. You can ask us to delete this information at any time by contacting us.


We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notifying you. The most current version of the terms and conditions will always be displayed on this website.
